Who we are
Fallsvoice is a non-official, independent initiative by unit owners at The Falls of Inverrary Condominiums in Lauderhill, Florida. We are not the Board, not the management company, not the Association. We are owners — your neighbors — who believe our community deserves better governance.
Why we exist
For too long, decisions affecting all 750 units have been made without meaningful input from the people who live here. Important changes are quietly adopted without notice, owners’ concerns are dismissed, and the community grows further apart from those who govern it.
We started Fallsvoice because we believe:
- Every unit owner has the right to know what is being decided in their name
- Every owner has the right to speak, to be heard, and to have a vote that matters
- Transparency is not a courtesy — it is a foundation of legitimate governance
- A community that includes its members is a community that thrives
What we do
We inform. Plain-language summaries of every Board decision, every policy change, every proposal.
We organize. Tools and channels for owners to coordinate, discuss, and act together.
We propose. Concrete reforms designed to make our community more democratic, more transparent, and more responsive.
We document. A growing record of decisions, communications, and outcomes — accessible to every owner.
What we are not
We are not affiliated with The Falls of Inverrary Board of Directors or the management company. We are not a political party. We are not a lawsuit. We are not anti-anyone — we are pro-community.
This site is non-official. The opinions expressed by participants are their own. Our goal is to give every owner a voice that is heard.
