Why register?

  • Be counted when we measure support for proposals
  • Receive notifications about Board decisions affecting you

  • Sign petitions, vote in non-binding polls, and shape the conversation

How we protect your identity

Registration requires verification that you are a unit owner. Once verified, you choose how visible you are:

Private participation (recommended for most owners):

  • Your real name, building, and unit are known only to site administrators
  • You participate using a display name you choose
  • In discussions, polls, and most activities, only your display name appears
  • Your real identity is never shared without your consent

Verified public participation (optional):

  • For signing formal petitions or making public statements, you can choose to attach your real name
  • Always optional, never automatic
  • You decide on every formal submission

What we will never do

  • Share your contact information with the Board, management company, or any third party
  • Sell, rent, or trade your data — there is no commercial use of this site
  • Post your real identity without your explicit consent for each public action
  • Track you across the web or share with advertisers

If you are part of a building-level group, a longtime resident with neighbor contacts, or simply someone who knows others who would want to know about Fallsvoice — please tell them. Real change at a 750-unit community requires hundreds of owners. We grow neighbor by neighbor.
